Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Festvo platform, operated by Festivo Labs (Pvt) Ltd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or making a one-time payment.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Festvo subscription plans (Essentials and Professional) are billed on a monthly basis.
- No refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days.
- 14-day refund window. If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with your plan within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at hello@festivolabs.com for a full refund of your first payment. This applies once per account.
- Renewals. Refunds are not available for subscription renewal charges after the 14-day window has passed. Please cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed.
3. One-time purchases
The Free plan includes a one-time $5 website publishing fee to publish your event website. Because this grants immediate access to a digital feature (your event website goes live upon payment), this fee is non-refundable once the website has been published.
If you paid the publishing fee but your website was never published due to a technical error on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund or resolve the issue.
4. Exceptions and special circumstances
We will consider refunds outside the standard policy in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
- Unauthorised charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
- Service outage: If Festvo experiences a significant service disruption (defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of unavailability) during your paid billing period, you may request a prorated credit for the affected days.
5. How to request a refund

- A brief reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@festivolabs.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 14-day new subscriber window (see Section 2).
